How do I secure a storage cage?

Can I use any of the marina berths?

Guest berths (numbers 35, 36, 37 and 38) are available for appropriately sized boats with permission of Grand Mariner Management for a period of forty-eight (48) hours at a time.

Can I leave recycling in the garbage chute enclosure?

Yes, but all items must be recyclable and bagged according to our house rules.

Etiquette for booking the tennis courts?

Please replace chairs leaning against the table and limit visitor cars to two (2).

What if I lock myself out of my apartment?

Just head to security and they will look after you.

Can I use the club deck when the lounge is not booked?

Absolutely, you can use the club deck to enjoy a coffee and read a book.

Can I move furniture or have tradesmen working in my apartment at night or during the weekend?

No. In accordance with our By-laws all work must be carried out between the hours 8.30 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please refer to points 51 and 55 in the By-Laws section of the website.
